Cariosus ... Full of Decay ..
Pretty fitting title actually as that is exactly what you get is 32 approx. minutes of a story within a story of a Serial killer, being spoken through via this memoirs maybe like a retrospective on his life on this earth and his exploits, the feature is directed by J Nitro and Kulfie both really good friends of the industry and a love and passion for all things gory and sick, this has been on the shelf for a long time now, snippets have been gathered clips, sounds, imagery and a script for over a long time but due to issues and problems, money and what not it has only been until the past few months this work of art has been unshelfed for the love of collectors and people that love all things gory ....
The movie starts with the a disclaimer saying that the following footage contains "Graphic Genital Mutilation, Strong bloody Violence, strong language and flashing images" and it wasn't wrong the movie to sum it up was brutal it was an account of a serial killers life and exploits and not your usual styled story where he tells you his life and the means behind all the violence and brutality that we are all seeing on the videotape, it is filmed in a "found footage style" but more on a creepy old video camera SOV direction like August Underground Trilogy I would happily say without getting my ear chewed by Fred that this is easily on par with that but of course the running time is shorter but theres no filler or background in this is pretty much brutality and murders from start to finish...
Whilst viewing this it gives you an actual feeling like you are watching something that you really shouldn't be maybe u found it by mistake 1 day on a website or there was a old VHS tape hidden amongst a jumble sale with home movie written on it , but by all accounts it draws you right in straight away with the way its produced and directed by J Nitro like its written in an account from Crime Watch/Cops these are true accounts from the following as the whole feature is narrated by the victims family and the killer himself, so it gives you those sickening undertones that pulls you in as if you were there sitting with that family when they found out , I digress .....
There is a lot of great sounds clips used nothing is known or full tracks just a lot of creepy, odd clips that really add to the 32 tourdeforce you are putting yourself through pretty much nothing is spared and nothing is left alone in this, to be honest I am not really going to be giving a lot away as the movie needs to be seen ....
What makes the DVD itself desirable is the packaging, it is leather bound and sewn to look like skin covered in blood and wounds pretty much one of its kind really you wont get anything else like it really, aswell as the case made to look impeccable you get rare artwork with the DVD and some of the script so all in all it pretty much is the ultimate package ....
So overall, you really don't know what you are stepping into when you see this movie as there is zero back ground or nothing to give you that heads up, but what I can say is that I have spoken to J Nitro himself and he says after a little break from finishing this off there is something else equally sick and deprived in the works ..
10/10 Movie , 10/10 for packaging , 10/10 for gore !!!!!
